How long does it take for home delivery?
Orders are typically delivered within: Dubai: 1–2 business days Other Emirates: 2–4 business days Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak periods.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We work with trusted local courier partners within the UAE to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier assigned may vary depending on your location.
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?
Free standard delivery may apply only to selected products or promotional offers. Any applicable delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Why does it not tell us on the website that the parts will be delivered by the branch?
In some cases, our courier partners may operate through local delivery branches to speed up delivery in certain areas. Your order will still be delivered directly to your provided address.
Can I collect from a local store?
At this time, in-store or branch collection is not available. All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
Delivery availability on weekends depends on the courier and your location. In most cases, deliveries are made on working days, but weekend delivery may be possible in some areas.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp to confirm receipt and update you on the next steps.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
After your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Who pays for return postage?
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part.
Do you offer a VAT discount to non EU customers?
Our prices are set according to our operating region. At this time, VAT discounts for non-EU customers are not offered.
